The location is great for transportation, with a mall next to it, and easy access to the station. the room is spacious, clean, and well equipped with comfortable bedding and a pleasant bathroom. the service is excellent: friendly staff greeted me at the entrance, tea was served during check-in, and the guest relations staff left a handwritten note in my room. Breakfast was delicious with many tasty options to choose from. the hotel has a relaxing and elevated view of the city.

The prices in the bar are overpriced.

The luxurious amenities here are exceptional, from the chic in-room breakfast with fresh juices to the rejuvenating massages at the indoor swimming pool which were just what we needed.

we must say that the location advantages far outweighed this downside and we were able to experience all that this hotel had to offer.

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel and we found two unique things that we loved. First, the personalized touch from the staff was a great experience, they even left a hand-written note in our room. Second, the expansive breakfast bar had a wide variety of dishes. the location of the hotel was also convenient as it was situated near the city center.

The air conditioning in our room was not working properly making the room a bit stuffy. there was a miscommunication with the front desk which lead to some confusion during check-in.

Had a lovely Easter weekend at a hotel in a great location, close to public transportation and delicious food options around the corner. The pool was a highlight, offering a sauna, steam room, hot and cold pools, and plenty of towels. The gym was well equipped too, perfect for a morning workout. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with anything we needed.

The rooms were a bit outdated and the lighting was poor, making it hard to see at night. The air conditioning was set at a fixed temperature, which was too warm for our liking, but luckily we were able to open the windows to let in some fresh air.

This hotel feels like a second home to me. The staff is very helpful, assisting me in getting a taxi two days in a row. Additionally, the hotel is right next to a shopping mall, making it easy to grab anything I need. The bed was also very comfortable after a long day's work.
